Client qualifications:
Valid credit card in own client name should be presented at time of car pick-up.
Min 21 of age (for Economy and Compact) and min 25 years of age for all other car classes.
Physical and psychical ability to drive the vehicle in safe conditions.

Rates include unlimited kilometers unless otherwise specified.
Location reserves the right to refuse rental to clients which do not meet minimum qualifications.
Location will keep car for max 3 (three) hours after reservation pick- up time (flight arrival time if flight# is provided)
Reservations without credit card number supplied are subject to availability.
Location cannot guarantee vehicles after 3 hours from pick up time (flight time) in the reservation.
After 3 (three) hours from pick-up time client is considered a no show.
In case of cancellation at the desk, 3 days cancellation fee plus taxes will be charged.
Third Party Liability coverage is included in the rental rates.
PDW and Theft Protection are available with liability coverage between EUR 300.00 - Eur 1200.00.
Protection coverage does not include damage to tyres, wheels, underbody and interior of the vehicle.
Protection coverage does not include damage and towing after damage if damage is caused negligently, wilfully or recklessly.
Pick-up and drop-off time accepted 24h/day, pick-ups/drop-offs out of office hours subject of Eur 20 out of hour fee.
Collection/Delivery of vehicle possible within location city limits subject to Eur 20 fee.
Location may operate charges in local currency, depending on the type of CC provided by client. The exchange rate used is not negotiable.
One way rentals possible. One ways may be subject to one way fees.
Any Adjustments or Changes to the reservation/rental data may result in a change of rate
Car return over 1 (one) hour later than agreed will be charged minimum one day rate.
Additional renters including spouse will be subject to a surcharge of EUR 3.00/day
For drivers aged between 21 - 25 an Eur 8/day underage fee is applicable.
Vehicles cannot be taken crossborder.Violation is subject to 1000eur fine.
Aditional items like babyseat, snowchains must be reserved at time of booking. Additional items are subject to extra fees.
All additional requests or changes in the reservation data which are not confirmed at time of booking will be met subject to availability.
The rental rates do not include fuel, local toll and highway fees.
Rental is subject to the Rental Agreement signed by client at the rental location.
Cancellation/ No show policy
3 days (fallback rate) plus taxes will be charged from client CC if client is a no show or if cancellation is made with less than 48h prior to start time.
In case of cancellation at the desk, 3 days cancellation fee plus taxes will be charged.
Please note if appropriate I.D., the necessary payment/deposit is not produced at time of pick up or the Terms and Conditions are not adhered to in any way, and the rental cannot proceed, this will be considered also a cancellation at the desk.

Cancellation/ No show policy Prepaid Online
For reservations confirmed and prepaid online there are no refunds due in case of cancellation or no show. All amendments are subject to written
approval from Autorent.
Please note if appropriate I.D., the necessary payment/deposit is not produced at time of pick up or the Terms and Conditions are not adhered to in any way, and the rental cannot proceed, no refund will be made.
Cancellations may be made on this website and a cancellation number will be emailed to you - please retain this for your records.
No cancellations can be made on the website after the rental start date & time. In these instances you should request the pick up location to action on your behalf.

According to Romanian law, winter tires (tires to suit winter weather conditions) are mandatory from November thru March. Extra charges are not included in rental rates. Cost for Winter Tires: EUR 5.00 per day, maximum EUR 130.00 charge.
